 REDPOINT AUTO-BELAY SYSTEM Description Allows climbers to climb without a partner. The system is equipped with a sling and climbers are “hooked” to the auto-belay device via a swivel carabiner. Installation Can be installed on existing belay bars with a connecting sling and carabiner provided with the system. If there is no belay bar, the installation is done according to the specifics of artificial structure. Weight limit: up to 310 pounds. Climbers lighter than 75 pounds will descent very slowly. Speed of descent: from 1.6 feet per second to 6.6 feet per second. Speed of descent being faster for heavier climbers.
